Dr Adamina Ivcovici
FOUNDER
B Physio (Hons), MBA, B Comm (Hons), PhD (Healthcare Management)
Addie is the founder of Cole Allied Health and has been leading teams in the NDIS for four years. Her 17 year career in the healthcare sector has spanned clinical roles, academic research, healthcare systems improvement and consumer representation roles.
Addie believes strongly in the power of interdisciplinary support, and that it’s only by seeing and addressing all the different aspects of a person’s life that we can support them fully. She gets most excited when she sees the team working together to find creative solutions for clients, and when she sees clients becoming empowered to take control over their own wellbeing.
Addie strives to live the values of humility, curiosity, and kindness, and to bring these to life at Cole Allied Health.
Outside of work, Addie likes practicing yoga, salsa dancing, and sunny days outside with her cat, Yuki!

Tracey Walker
SPEECH PATHOLOGY TEAM LEAD + CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Tracey brings many years of experience as a paediatric speech pathologist and also supports adult clients. She is passionate about fostering inclusion across gender and neurodiversity spaces and has professional interests in communication therapy, ranging from articulation and language comprehension to social skills and fluency.
Tracey was awarded the 2015 Victorian Excellence Award for Inclusive Education and was involved in the implementation of the Autism State Plan in Victoria. Tracey worked for many years in the Department of Education across leadership, policy, implementation, and clinical supervision roles.
Tracey empowers clients and their families by building their capacity to support their communication goals. She also enjoys mentoring other allied health professionals and assistants, helping them refine their practice and deliver exceptional care.Tracey is an animal lover! She has two dogs she loves spending time with walking every day.

Ana Dvarakesa
DIETITIAN
Ana is passionate about supporting individuals and families to make informed dietary choices to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
Ana has special interests in gut health and the dietary management of chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes, in managing conditions like IBS, coeliac disease, food chemical intolerances and allergies. Ana also has expertise in addressing selective eating behaviours to support better health outcomes for people with autism and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorders.
Outside of her clinical work, Ana enjoys travelling to explore new cuisines, relaxing at the beach, and diving into the latest New York Times bestsellers.

Alissandra Cruz
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Alysse is a dedicated OT with over 5 experience. Alysse enjoys working with both children and adults in the mental health space, as it requires her to think creatively in the ways she applies her expertise to support her clients.
Rather unusually, Alysse loves writing reports and assessments! She finds it to be a powerful way to give participants a voice in their care journey, and an impactful tool for advocacy. When she shared a story during her interview about the impact of one of her reports on a client's life, it moved Addie to the point of tears!!
Because she loves learning, Alysse is pursuing a Certificate 3+4 in Fitness. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her dog, Mochi, and binge watch crime shows with her husband. They also love to travel!

Melissa Lincoln
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Melissa is an experienced occupational therapist with a strong background in supporting adults who face psychosocial challenges, including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, BPD, and bipolar disorder.
Melissa has worked in a variety of settings, including recovery coaching, and spent six years as a support worker before transitioning into her career as an occupational therapist. In addition to her work in mental health, Melissa has experience supporting individuals with neurological disorders, autism, and intellectual disabilities.
She is deeply passionate about helping people build their capacity and independence, empowering them to engage in the activities that bring meaning, purpose, and fulfillment to their lives.

Ho Man Siu
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Ho Man has worked across a range of conditions and disabilities in his career to date, including in mental health and with paediatrics (13+), as well as with people with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury (ABI), and dementia.
Ho Man particularly enjoys supporting people to get the right assistive technology (AT) and home modifications for their needs, as it allows him to think creatively about solutions that improve his clients' independence.
Outside of work, Ho Man is a big fan of computer games and has a very cool cat named Saffron who keeps him company, and even comes to team picnics!

Teddy Wong
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Teddy is an occupational therapist with a lot of experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including people who are neurodivergent, and people who have mental health conditions.
He focuses on helping teenagers and adults become more independent and overcome challenges related to both physical and mental disabilities. Teddy believes in supporting clients as people first, rather than focusing just on their disabilities.
Outside of work, he stays active by playing basketball and hitting the gym. He also enjoys playing computer games and board games, and he’s a big fan of Marvel superhero movies.

Sara Bahadorian
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Sara brings extensive experience across aged care, private practice, hospitals, NDIS, and community-based settings. She has a deep appreciation for working with older adults and finds joy in supporting stroke survivors, individuals with cerebral palsy, and clients on the autism spectrum.
Sara has a keen interest in psychosocial and mental health care and integrates hydrotherapy for chronic pain and psychosomatic conditions. She focuses on helping clients achieve rehabilitation goals, improve mobility, and enhance function. One of her standout achievements includes helping an NDIS participant with diabetes regain mobility and confidence after losing part of their foot.
Outside of work, Sara is obsessed with table tennis and loves channeling her competitive energy into the game!

Anjali Dudheliya
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Anjali comes to Cole Allied Health with vast experience in a variety of areas, including musculoskeletal, neurological, paediatric, and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy. Anjali is passionate rehabilitation and re-ablement, pain management, functional mobility, and using assistive technology to help clients live more independently.
Anjali enjoys working within interdisciplinary teams and values being able to build clients’ and their families’ knowledge about how to manage their conditions.
Anjali has additional training and certifications in hydrotherapy, kinesiology taping, cupping therapy, seating and positioning, and yoga, and is always learning and expanding her skill set. Anjali is very interested in the mind-body connection and creative therapies.

Chiu Mok
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Chiu brings 8 years of experience as a physio, and is skilled in a variety of techniques, including fascial manipulation, applied kinesiology, visceral manipulation, and neurokinetic therapy.
Chiu applies all of his skills to working with people with a variety of disabilities and conditions within the NDIS, helping clients improve movement, enhance their independence in daily life, and improve performance in what matters to them.
It is important to Chiu to help his clients achieve overall wellness.
In his ‘spare’ time, Chiu designs and sells very cool barefoot shoes!

Gauri Shinde
REHABILITATION COUNSELLOR
Gauri is an ACA certified counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling, specialising in Mental Health and Rehabilitation. With experience supporting adults facing a wide range of mental health issues, Gauri likes to create a safe, collaborative space for her clients.
Gauri uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients challenge negative thought patterns, trauma-informed care to address the impact of past experiences, and mindfulness practices for self-awareness and stress reduction.
Gauri’s goal is always to work with her clients to enhance their self-esteem and support their personal growth, whatever that means to them.
Outside of work, Gauri enjoys reading and cooking.

Jack Fong
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Jack graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong and has over 5 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including home-based rehabilitation, private outpatient clinics, and residential aged care.
Jack especially enjoys doing home visits as a physio because it allows him to work with people in a space they know and feel comfortable in. He loves encountering a wide range of conditions in his work, and has worked with clients following strokes, with Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, and balance problems, among many others.
What he loves most about this job is building strong relationships with his clients, and sharing values and life experiences.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys photography, travelling, and cooking.
